MMTx Trouble Report Status
Severity Priority State Class
critical - MMTx is completely non-operational or some essential functionality is missing. No workaround is known.

serious - MMTx is not working properly or significant functionality is missing. Problems that would otherwise be considered critical are rated serious when a workaround is known.

non-critical - MMTx is working in general, but lacks features, has irritating behavior, does something wrong, or does not match its documentation. 		high - A solution is needed immediately.

medium - The problem should be solved in the next release.

low - The problem should be solved in a future release. 		open - A TR has been filed - initial state.

analyzed - The report has been reviewed by a team member and evaluated.

suspended - The problem is not being currently worked on.

active - The problem is currently being worked on.

feedback - The problem has been solved, and the originator has been given a patch or other fix. The TR remains in this state until the originator acknowledges that the solution works.

closed - A problem report is closed when any changes have been integrated, documented, and tested. 		sw-bug - A general MMTx problem.

doc-bug - A problem with the MMTx documentation.

change-request - A request for a change in how MMTx behaves or functions.

support - A support problem or question.

duplicate - Duplicate Trouble Report.

mistaken - No problem, user error or misunderstanding.
