MMTx has finally reached the level of maturity where we felt that a User's meeting would be beneficial to both us and our users. The goal of the MMTx User's Group meeting was for us to provide some insight as to where we felt MMTx was heading and more importantly, to find out how you are using MMTx and where you the user thought MMTx should go.
The first meeting was lightly attended, but, we will try to have meetings at each of the fall AMIA or MedInfo conferences. The next conference is scheduled for September 7 - 11, 2004 in San Francisco - see the AMIA web site for more information on the MedInfo conference.
